How to prevent hair loss

A balanced diet rich in minerals and vitamins, scalp massage, and therapeutic balms can not only reduce the intensity of hair loss but also accelerate its growth. But if it’s too late to take these measures, salvation is in hair transplantation. Learn all the ways to combat hair loss.

Massage with rosemary oil

Rosemary is a spicy plant known for its numerous healing properties. It is known as a means of rejuvenation of joints, brain, and hair. Experts note that rosemary stimulates microcirculation, which means it stimulates hair growth, helping to fight dandruff.

Massage with rosemary oil

What to do?

You can use rosemary in your diet as a supplement to food, and if we are talking about external use, it is advisable to massage the scalp with oil from this medicinal plant. Namely, you should regularly rub this oil on the scalp and massage it for a while. Then wash your hair. For this purpose, you can also use tea, which is prepared by pouring a tablespoon of rosemary with a liter of hot water, covering it with a lid, and filtering after ten minutes. Tea is poured into a bottle and stored in the refrigerator. This tea should be used to massage the tips every day. Therapy is effective, but you need patience.

Mineral compensation

A strict diet and a decrease in the intake of proteins, vitamins, and minerals in the body are some of the common causes of hair loss. Also, excessive consumption of sugar and carbonated drinks leads to the loss of minerals from the hair, as well as to an increase in the acidity of the body, which affects the reproduction of the fungus.

What to do?

Eat foods rich in protein (lean meat, fish, eggs, young cheese, legumes, tofu, walnuts), essential fatty acids (nuts, sea fish, evening primrose oil, flaxseed, and oil), zinc (pumpkin seeds), B-group vitamins (whole grains, brewer’s yeast), E-vitamin (almonds, peanuts, egg yolks) and iron (meat, eggs, millet, cocoa). Of course, we must not forget about regular consumption of fresh fruits and vegetables, as well as reducing sugar, yeast, white flour, and fatty foods.

Nettle

In folk medicine, nettle takes the first place when it comes to the health of hair and scalp. It is extremely rich in protein, a lot of vitamins, and iron, and anyone who has problems with hair loss is recommended to regularly consume it in the form of tea. The reason you use nettle for internal use is that it is one of the best blood purifiers, and it certainly promotes hair health. In addition to internal use, nettle is used in various ways as a balm, which is applied topically to the hair and scalp.

Remove from the heat again and add five tablespoons of chamomile flowers. Cover and let stand for another two hours, then strain, add 300 ml of wine vinegar, and mix well. Massage the scalp with the resulting lotion every evening for seven days.

Hair transplantation

If you have found the cause of hair loss and unsuccessfully tried many alternative methods, and the aesthetic problem begins to undermine your self–confidence – there is nothing wrong with deciding on a hair transplant. Today, hair transplantation in our country is carried out effectively and gives lasting results. And, no less important, they leave an impression of naturalness.

Hair transplantation

What to do?

Contact the specialist who deals with this issue, conduct an inspection and find out all the possibilities and details concerning the procedure itself. To date, several potential methods are used when it comes to hair transplantation, and depending on your health and financial condition, you will decide with your doctor which one is best suited to your case. The transplantation procedure is reduced to the individual removal of follicles from the part of the head where there is still hair, and implanting them in places where there is no hair.
